These terms cover how you use LEETHEDEEJAYke (https://leethedeejay.co.ke) and how bookings with LEETHEDEEJAYke work. They are written for a small artist site, not a big agency contract. Kenyan law applies.
Using this site
You can browse mixes, events, photos, and Off the Mixer posts for personal use. Do not scrape the site, copy the photos or writing as your own, or try to break the forms or player embeds.
Bookings
A message through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone, or email is an enquiry, not a confirmed gig. A booking is only on when both sides agree the date, fee, and details in writing. Travel, equipment, and extra hours are separate unless we say otherwise.
If a date changes or is cancelled, say so as soon as you can. Deposits and cancellation rules, if any, will be in that written agreement for that gig — not guessed from this page.
Content and mixes
Mixes, photos, and posts on this site belong to LEETHEDEEJAYke or are used with permission. SoundCloud, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Maps are third-party services with their own terms. Playing a mix here does not transfer those rights to you.
No guarantees
The site is offered as-is. Event dates, lineups, and embeds can change. We are not liable for a player that fails to load, a third-party outage, or a booking you assumed was confirmed without a written yes.
